Nice and heavy, this sterling and gold artisan ring is made to enjoy, even for those of you who might live life a bit rough and rugged.
A spinning band of hammered sterling silver is surrounded with 14K gold-filled bands. These encircle and spin around a thick ring of brushed sterling silver. Beveled edges on the inside create a ring comfortable enough to live in.
AS A MEDITATION RING
Playing with the moving portion of the band gives the hands something to do and the repetitive motion helps to soothe and calm the mind.
