FAQ
CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY
If your jewelry tarnishes, you can use a jeweler's cloth or polish pad to bring back the luster or buff it with a soft, old tee shirt. If your jewelry does not have a patina, you can create a very thin, wet paste of baking soda (or toothpaste) and water. Rub the paste gently over your jewelry, rinse well then dry and polish.
IMPORTANT: Jewelry will be created to the specifications you give us. Please make sure your measurements are accurate. Some collars cannot be resized, and the artist may to make a complete, new collar, which can be costly.

WHAT IF MY ARTISAN COLLAR NEEDS TO BE RESIZED?
Some resizing is as simple as cutting, filing, and re-finishing, but many times, resizing will require the artist to make you another new collar. New collars are needed when your collar must be enlarged, or if your collar has wire-wrapped accents. The pricing is to cover labor and the cost of materials.
We cannot resize custom-engraved collars.
Resizing usually takes 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your package, but could take longer, according to our workload at the time.
