Led by a seasoned instructor with over 20 years of experience teaching jewelry design, this class introduces you to the foundational techniques of crafting beautiful chain styles using faux wire — a budget-friendly and versatile material ideal for practice and experimentation.

Through guided instruction and step-by-step demonstrations, you'll learn to create at least 10 classic and creative chain designs, each with its own flair and function. From delicate links to bold statement styles, you'll explore the mechanics, aesthetics, and practical applications of each chain type.

• Wrapped Links with Simple Beads - Essential Links that add classic beauty
• Embellished Bead Links - Add that artisan look with beautiful flowing curves around beads
• Cotter Pin Design - a simple classic perfect for chains and bracelets
• Brambles - Our signature barbed wire design is a bit edgy, perfect for a goth or masculine design.
• Flourish - Gentle curves are so graceful.
• Dapped Bars - Bars are hammered for a classic look or can be made to look a bit rough and organic
• Kyro - Traditional Egyptian coil links make remarkable bracelets {perfect for anyone and everyone!}
• Chain Maille Link - create a simple framework link, then add jump rings for a design that has fluid movement.
