Step into my studio and into the magic of artisan jewelry. In these in-person classes, I’ll guide you through the process of creating your own unique jewelry, sharing the techniques, knowledge, and little secrets I’ve learned over more than 25 years as a jewelry artist.
This is a hands-on, intimate experience where you’re encouraged to slow down, explore your creativity, and connect with the joy of making something beautiful with your own hands.
Whether you’re brand new or returning to the craft, you’ll leave with a piece you created—and the confidence to keep creating.

Get ready to dive into the wild and wonderful world of artisan metalwork! In this class, you’ll create a stunning pendant inspired by nature’s flow — think swirling vines, leafy flourishes, and a gemstone center that absolutely glows with personality.
Guided by an instructor with over 25 years of jewelry design experience, you’ll learn traditional techniques like soldering, texturing, and bezel setting — then take them to a whole new level of creativity. Learn the tools used and how to setup a simple, inexpensive soldering station at home.
This isn’t a cookie-cutter project class — it’s a journey to discover your own signature style. You’ll be encouraged to experiment with shapes, embellishments, and metal finishes to make your piece as unique and free-spirited as you are. By the end, you’ll walk away with a one-of-a-kind pendant that’s part art, part magic — and totally you.
SKILLS COVERED
- Fabrication and soldering techniques
- Bezel setting a cabochon
- Layering and textural detailing
- Design flow and composition for bohemian aesthetics
SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate (some soldering experience recommended)
DRESS FOR A MESS! Wear old clothing {preferably natural fibers} or and old shirt to wear over you clothes If you have long hair, please wear it up. And closed toed shoes are highly recommended.

Create a handcrafted piece of jewelry that symbolizes continuity and balance. In this beginner-friendly metalsmithing workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of soldering while crafting an elegant infinity cuff bracelet. Guided step-by-step, participants will shape sterling silver into flowing infinity spirals and set a cabochon gemstone at the center. Along the way, students will explore basic metalsmithing techniques including soldering, gemstone setting, shaping, finishing, and decorative wire embellishments.
This workshop is suitable for beginners, including those with no previous soldering experience, and offers a hands-on introduction to essential jewelry-making skills.
By the end of class, participants will leave with a completed gemstone bracelet in sterling silver with wire embellishments. Students will also be armed with the foundational skills needed to begin exploring soldered jewelry design.
We keep the class small and intimate, so everyone receives plenty of guidance and hands-on support. Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where you can experiment, ask questions, and connect with fellow makers. A lunch break will also be incorporated.

This basic design is great for beginners to learn how to trap and secure a stone to create an artisan pendant.
Discover the timeless art of wire wrapping — a jewelry-making technique that transforms simple stones into stunning, wearable works of art. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create elegant cabochon pendants using only wire, tools, and your own creativity — no soldering required.
