Wire and Soldering Immersive Workshop

Create a beautiful, handcrafted jewelry bracelet inspired by graceful spirals and rich gemstone color. In this class, learn basic soldering techniques, as well as how to form decorative wire spirals, connect individual components, and create dimensional focal elements using gemstone beads.

This class is designed to introduce you to fundamental soldering and wirework techniques, while creating a sophisticated piece of wearable art you can be proud to wear or give as a gift.

• Creating a soldering station easily and inexpensively
• Learn the tools needed for both soldering and your wire
• Wire sculpting consistent wire spirals to hold your gemstone bezels
• Creating and connecting wire links
• Building a balanced design
• Creating secure connections between components
• Adding clasps and finishing details
• Basic jewelry design principles including proportion, repetition, and balance

This class combines traditional jewelry-making techniques with an artistic, contemporary approach, encouraging students to explore their own creativity while learning practical skills they can continue using in future jewelry projects.

ALL MATERIALS INCLUDED: You'll work with sterling wire, gemstone cabochons, jump rings, clasps, and other jewelry-making components provided for the project.

A variety of gemstone will be available so you can personalize your bracelet.

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner to Intermediate

No previous wirework or soldering experience is required. However, you should be comfortable working with small components and jewelry-making tools.

CANCELLATION POLICY
STUDIO NAVARRI allows cancellations to class reservations up to 48 hours before the scheduled class time. Reservations canceled more than 48 hours in advance will be issued a refund minus $5 for the credit card processing fee {if applicable}, or you may receive full credit toward rescheduling a future class.
